The Absolute Best Frisco Personal Trainer
I just completed 36 sessions with my Frisco personal trainer from Lady Trainers To Go. I recently signed up for 36 more sessions because the experience was so wonderful. At the beginning of our first 36 sessions I found out that I was pregnant. Fortunately, my personal trainer in Frisco was so skilled, that she was able to show me just how important and beneficial exercise was for a healthy pregnancy.
She was so right! Working out regularly did wonders for my pregnancy! My doctor was excited to see how well I was doing, which made me even more excited. It was also nice being able to workout at home. My Frisco personal trainer was always there on time and remained flexible with my schedule. She also made sure to add variety to my exercise sessions. I never got bored with it. Instead, I found myself motivated to exercise more. My personal trainer was so empathetic to my needs, taking my pregnancy into consideration and only pushing me to a healthy limit. We focused on low-key exercises, but they were definitely what my body needed. Even though I wasn’t lifting heavy weights or running, I was trying yoga and Pilates, while still getting my cardio and strength training in through walking and resistance bands. Throughout the pregnancy, my abilities increased due to her patience and guidance. It’s so nice having a trainer that understands what a woman’s body needs during different stages of life. I truly recommend this program. Thank you.
